While we will do everything we can to establish and maintain a clean and safe environment, we are asking that anyone planning to attend a retreat take 100% responsibility for their health. That means first and foremost, if you have any symptoms, don’t come. Please be able to provide a negative PCR test prior to your arrival, dated no more than 5 days prior, and take reasonable precautions to social distance and stay healthy before coming to the retreat. We will temp check everyone on arrival. Please wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer. Maintain a reasonable social distance. But also, no chastising or policing of others. All of our group activities and adventure take place outside in the fresh mountain air, miles and miles from any other people. There is a maximum of 10 guests, plus 3 coaches/practitioners, allowing for plenty of space to maintain a healthy distance. We will NOT require masks during our outdoor activities, but if we are shuttling to an activity we will ask our guests to wear a mask. It’s up to you whether you choose to share a cabin with friends or bunk alone. We have set this up to be as safe as possible, both for ourselves and for the guests. These are strange times and we must take precautions, but also not risk our mental health. Our retreats are an opportunity to take a break from the chaos and fear and love our lives, as well as each other, again.
